Suresh Gopi bears the name of a lorry

Suresh Gopi may zoom by in expensive cars in real life but he goes by lorry in reel life. Well, he plays the character Devarayar in his latest film ‘Janmam’ produced by Tharangini Films banner and directed by Joshi. In the film, he plays the role of an orphan, who is brought to Veerakuzhy village, situated on the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border by a lorry owner. Thus he is named after the name of the lorry.The film revolves round Devarayar, who becomes very popular amongst the people in the village and the politicians. His begins to own a fleet of lories because of his industrious personality. He becomes the darling of the villagers. However, life changes after the arrival of a man named Kaliyappan.
Suresh Gopi plays the lead role and Karthika plays his wife. It has a huge star cast with actors like Nayantara, Gopika, Samvritha Sunil, Biju Menon, Jagathy Sreekumar, Cochin Haneefa, Harisri Ashokan and Tamil actors Pasupathy and Manivannan playing various important roles. The shooting of the film has already commenced. Ouseppachan has composed the tunes with lyrics written by Shibu Chakravarthy and Loganathan is handling the camera.
