Jet Li to be “mummified” in Mummy 3
According to “one of the most respected scoopers” of Mania.com, Jet Li has been in negotiation for joining the upcoming second sequel to The Mummy and the tile for it has been picked as “Mummy: Curse of the Dragon”. The plot for the film, which is being kept under wraps for the most part, seems to involve Brendan Fraiser’s character, his son, and a brand new Mummy (Li?). Rachel Weisz is also expected to reprise her role.
Since Stephen Sommers stepped out of the project, Rob Cohen is directing the film for the studio which is aiming for a 2008 release.
The first Mummy (a loose remake of a 1932 same title black and white short actually) is brainless and funny and the second Mummy is more brainless and less funny. What about the third Mummy? Jet Li will steal the show because he is a true fighter. He triumphantly buried the franchise of Lethal Weapon by outshining everyone in the fourth installment of it. Will he do the same for Mummy?

I think the people who are working on bringing the third film of the mummy shoul go for it. I liked the first two films and I think I would like the third one.

hahahahahaha!! jet li doesn’t belong in the mummy! he doesn’t even belong in egypt!! yo momma is so fat she sat on a rainbow and skittles popped out! are people actually gonna read this? cause if they are..you MUST watch the short-film chia made for us from our houston trip..that is gonna be WAYY better than jet li in egypt.
